Shipping
Most items available on our website can be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the products in your cart, destination, and selected shipping method.
Orders meeting our current free shipping threshold may qualify for free shipping. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup at our Owings Mills location.
When your order is ready, you will receive a notification confirming that it is available for pickup.
To pick up your order, please bring:

Orders may only be released to the individual listed on the order unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Pickup is available during normal store business hours.
Local Pickup Only Items
Some products are available for purchase online but are only eligible for pickup at our store.
These items are identified on their product pages and cannot be shipped.
If your shopping cart contains one or more Local Pickup Only items, shipping options may not be available during checkout. In this case, the order must be picked up at our store.
In-Store Purchase Only Items
Certain products are available exclusively for purchase in our physical store and cannot be purchased through our website.
These products may be displayed online for informational purposes, including pricing, availability, or product details.
